Recently we found a new house we wanted to move in to and sell our existing one. We started interviewing real estate agents. Nancy showed up promptly on time. She carefully listened to what we were looking to get done. Toured our house. Once she was done gathering info she sat down with us and already had all her research done. Talked to us about market trends, neighborhood stats etc. It was an easy decision to hire her. She was very personable and both my wife and I felt very comfortable doing business with her. Once hired she was very organized, responsive, never rushed and answered all our questions. She took care of pictures, staging etc. Everything worked like clock work. She got us an offer promptly. And even after all the papers were signed she continued to check up on us and offer help when we needed it. She has a vast network of other professionals that she can recommend along the way as well. Nancy is unbelievable, she's amazingly organized and get's things done! I literally gave her my keys, ideas and my budget and she took care of everything. The final product was better than I could of imagined in terms of making our property ready and perfect for sale. Our unit sold for more than 100K than asking, and since then, there has been no other unit remotely close in selling price. She works for a very reputable realtor and my suggestion is not to skimp on the commission fees, you will make it back in her negotiating and project management skills. I have worked with several agents and she is by far the best!

Nancy (and her colleague, Jeffrey) helped us find our first house. As first-time home buyers, we had a huge list of requirements and a lot of questions. Our home search took about six months and Nancy patiently worked with us and helped us narrow our focus and form a strategy. She was a thorough professional from the first conversation. She set up a Buyer Offer Strategy session, which was helpful in understanding the offer process and associated paperwork.

Nancy has great insight about different neighborhoods and a keen eye for details. She has creative ideas about how to use a space well and how to remodel efficiently. We enjoyed going to open houses with her as she brought positive energy and enthusiasm while showing the house. She was very savvy when it came to writing our offers and following up with list agents. Nancy was also great at taking feedback. When we faced delays with the first lender that she suggested and when we wanted more guidance on some homes, she was quick to react and pivot. She was always prompt and clear in her communication.

This was our first time as home sellers, so I can't say I'm an expert. That being said, Nancy made every step of the way easy and clear. We ended up going in to contract after less than a week on market with a buyer using a VA loan. There were many delays, but no matter how many questions I asked or even repeated, Nancy ensured she was on our side and went above and beyond sometimes to resolve matters in a way that would bring relief and not further conflict. Nancy is the ultimate real estate agent. From the minute she started representing us she exceeded expectations in every possible area. She hired junk haulers to cart away all the crap we were throwing out, got a handyman to spruce the place up, and even gave decorating advice to the stager to make the house look like a million bucks. Her marketing plan was incredible - once she was done we didn't want to move, since our house looked like the best property on the planet. Nancy was always available to answer questions and give advice, even when she was *out of the country* during an open house. End result: We got more money than we thought the house was worth, and it went from initial listing to closing in *8 days*. Bottom line: If you want to sell your house, you really need to hire Nancy. Nancy Reynolds...WOW!! My friend's mother was ready to list her house in San Jose ASAP, and at that time she was speaking to another real estate agent who was slow, uncommunicative, and actually offered bad advice on where to list her home on price. Thank goodness she never signed a listing agreement because Nancy was incredible! Not only did Nancy move quickly, she strategically marketed the property to get my friend's mom more money in her pocket and negotiated incentives! On top of that, Nancy also helped with the move.
